In the last couple of years, Fishtown and East Kensington have seen their share of projects that have involved the construction of several homes at once. Two projects on Crease Street recently added fourteen homes to the mix, with seven more on the way. Five town homes are under construction at Memphis Pointe. Recently, we told you about plans for fifteen new homes on Wildey Street. And there are too many more to list.
