I just can’t do it anymore. When I think of the amount of my life I have totally wasted on social media, all I feel is a deep, creeping shame. All the things I could have created with that time are lost. All the places I could have gone. All the people I could have met. All the books I could have read.

I am totally unable to believe I squandered so much of my life here on this site. What the heck was I thinking?!!

The Cambridge Analytica scandal is just the final straw.

No more. I probably won’t be bothering to delete any of the posts here, or shut this down. Instead I’ll leave it up as a warning to others: get out while you still can.
